Almed-CLMS™is a software application that is used to plan, deliver, publish and place self-paced online courses in online catalogs. Employees login to the Almed-CLMS™ by using a browser. They can select courses from the online catalog and begin their online study. Alternatively, a manager can assign courses to employees based on their learning needs.

Almed-CLMS™ allows managers and administrates to track course completions, current status or performance of employees. In fact, all employee activities in the Almed-CLMS™ can be tracked that could be useful for performance evaluation, competency management and other related functions.

The development technology Almed-CLMS™ open source based on PHP. It is a distribution of Moodle, developed with enterprise in mind. It gives you powerful tools to manage and facilitate learning online, right across your business.

Almed-CLMS™maps to BOROUGE’s structure, so learning can be automatically allocated based on a range of organizational and system criteria – specific courses, programs of required learning, and even recurring certifications if required. ButAlmed-CLMS™ is much more than a course management system; it also offers performance management through flexible appraisals, learning plans, self-service face-to-face course booking and great reporting.

Almed-CLMS™ will be deployed on its own Windows Web server where its Database is stored locally. Training Entry forms, Certificates Printouts, and Training Material stored on the local Database.

Almed-CLMS™ Learn enables you to deliver learning effectively through individual learning plans which reflect your employees’ roles, training needs and objectives. Totara provides a functionally rich learning platform which can be implemented quickly and at a fraction of the cost of proprietary solutions.
